Improvement in the Quality of Petitions!!!

I constantly notice some Care2 petitions, on which those who have started them have made their Targets entirely too vague. For example, I just signed one petition regarding Animal Abuse, on which the Target was actually "yes." I left a comment in which I asked "Are you going to deliver this petition to "yes?"" Other examples of such are "All the People of the World," "Everyone", "The Government," "Politicians," etc., etc. Of course, the question is "Who is everyone?" "Which individuals in the Government?" "Which Dog Catchers?" Petitioners should become more conscientious of making their Targets more specific, by stating the names of specific individuals, whether they be members of the Government, the name of a CEO of a corporation, the name of the person who is the Director of a Humane Society/Shelter, and so forth; that is, if they want their petitions to become successful!

Please know that I do not claim to be any expert in regard to creating petitions, and I am not trying to sound harsh; however, I have begun to be far more selective insofar as which petition I sign because of this problem.
