Tell Big Chain Convenience Stores to Stop Using Plastic Bags!

Big chains such as Walgreens, 7-Eleven, CVS, Rite Aid and DuaneReade need to stop using plastic bags.  It is time for these popular convenient stores to stop using plastic bags to combat the devastating effects plastic bags have on our health and our environment.

It takes a plastic bag 500 years to decompose in a landfill.

There are enough biodegradable and recyclable options available to discontinue the use of plastic bags.

Please sign to tell small convenience stores to stop using plastic bags!

Dear Larry J. Merlo CVS CEO,  Gregory Wasson President and CEO of Walgreens, Joseph DePinto 7-Eleven CEO, John T. Standley Rite Aid CEO, & John K. Henry CEO DuaneReade,

strongly urge you to think about our environment and stop using plastic bags in your stores.  There are enough biodegradable and recyclable options available to discontinue the use of plastic bags.  It is time we think about the planet and the health of the people on it.
