The Equal Housing Enforcement Act

The Purpose of this Petition is to get the California Legislature to introduce a Law that would make it illegal for Realtors, Apartments & Private parties from using the "Industry Standard" practice of requiring prospective tenants to have 2 1/2 times to 4 times the income of the rent amount.
