Paul Pierce is a Boston Sports Icon and a future NBA Hall of Fame player. The only truth greater than his accomplishments within the sport of basketball, is his Legacy as one of the greatest Celtics players of all time. This petition has been created to show that the love for him here in Celtics Nation is stronger than ever. That there is nothing we'd rather see more than him become a Celtic again and help this team restore it's historic glory.

Any Boston Celtics fan would agree, it was a sad day to see him playing in another teams uniform. Throughout the past two seasons, it's still been a pleasure to see him continue to find success and further cement himself as a Basketball Icon. However, while Celtics fans may have enjoyed cheering for him despite the change of scenery (because that's how hardcore fans roll), the opportunity has come for Pierce to potentially return to the place where he began his illustrious career.

The team is young, talented, has arguably the best young coach in the business, and an incredible front office.
