Pass the 28th and Balanced Budget Constitutional Amendments

With the United States approaching 20 trillion in debt its Dollar and Economy is virtually worthless. Budgets, Food Stamps, Medicaid, and Social Security are disappearing, citizens face poverty and homelessness, and America is becoming dependent on foreign nations who purchase its debt allowing them to basically own it.

Have a special tax pay the National Debt but make sure it ends when the debt does. If all U. S. Citizens paid 10% directly into the debt annually it would be gone in 10 years. A Balanced Budget Amendment would stop more debt so the tax would not be needed again. This would restore aid programs, budgets, job markets, and the U. S. Dollar. With independence Americans could pursue their dreams and goals. The U. S. cannot spend its way out of debt, it must be paid. If other nations demanded their debt now America would go bankrupt.

It is also time to Pass a 28th Amendment as America was established as a fair nation where all were equal with the same civil services, laws, rights, and resources. Congress is often exempt from the laws followed by U. S. Citizens such as the national Obamacare healthcare plan. This is absolutely unfair, wrong, and goes against the founding American Principle of Liberty and Justice For All.

Laws in the United States Of America are designed to be applied entirely equally and fairly to everyone including both U. S. Citizens and the U. S. Congress. Any law that applies to either party must apply equally to the other and any changes made must as well.

The text of the 28th Amendment is: Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.

Please sign BOTH this petition AND the one at the link below telling the United States Government Leaders to immediately ratify the 28th Amendment so that all laws apply equally to everyone in America, and the Balanced Budget Amendment so America spends less than it makes to prevent further National Debt, and immediately pass legislation creating a special tax that has all Americans pay 10% in taxes solely into the National Debt ending that ends once it is fully paid off.
