Allow Dispensaries to open at 7am and Close at 10pm in accordance with OLCC Rules

Current OLCC Rules state that Retail Dispensaries may conduct business from 7 AM to 10 Pm. Clackamas County allows dispensaries to open at 10am, but must close by 9pm.  We requst the right to adhear to OLCC regulations.

By creating this constriction, Clackamas prevents county businesses out of 4 hours of operations, and negatively impacts the State and the County's tax collections, 16 current dispensaries, and the community at large.

We are requesting the County to honor the OLCC's Official Rules and Regulations and allow Dispensary businesses to open and close in accordance.

Considering the many businesses, residences, rentals and outdoor activities in the County, this rule prevents thousands of tourists and residents from dispensary access.
