stop bullying

The fact that there is no criminal punishment for bully's is wrong, there all types of bullying going on every day, (Physical bullying, Verbal bullying,Covert or hidden bullying, & Cyberbullying) there maybe alot more, but thats what came to me, you know not everyone is perfect, that should not give you the right to bully them.
