NO CONFIDENCE IN ALL HOLYHEAD TOWN COUNCILLORS AND THE TOWN CLERK'S

- recipient: THE RESIDENTS OF ALL HOLYHEAD TOWN COUNCIL WARDS...ALL SIGNATURES THAT ARE OF A DEROGATORY NATURE AIMED AT ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE DELETED! THIS PETITION IS NOT FOR PERSONAL VENDETTA'S. ONLY THE REASON ABOVE. FOR THE COUNCIL & CLERK TO RESIGN. TH
This petition is for those who wish to agree that the current councillors and Clerks should resign and a new democratic and diverse council elected. Silly and ignorant comments of a personal nature will not be tolerated and will be removed but they will be counted in the total petition.
It is right that people ask for the evidence. I can only say that the evidence is with the following for investigation.
1. The Local Ombudsman for Wales
2. The Wales Audit Office
3. North Wales Police fraud office. As the files sent are "Absolutely Privileged" in law, they cannot be made public as yet. However if people had read my publications over the past 3 years you would have been enlightened.
The ignorant comments, emanating from the Town Hall, that I want to put council employees out of work is ridiculous and such words have never been uttered by me. Quite how changing councillors threatens jobs or anything else is a mystery. In fact I gave the Empire Manager a document from the County Council Monitoring Officer (solicitor) which makes it crystal clear that statutory services, jobs, and all assets would be transferred to the County Council if the Town Council was dissolved, which has not been suggested as yet. I suggest you read it before commenting.
I accept fully that not all will agree with this petition or my views because I believe in democracy.
