Cardinal Bank honored two checks for $10,000 dollars each after they had written a letter saying the account was frozen. Now the bank wants to foreclose on the Veteran's home because, he refuses to pay for monies he never received. They also are charging him with late fees, attornies fees and double the interest on this money. Banks have a fiduciary resposibilities, they made the mistake and they need to honor it. They have errors and omissions insurances. He only owes a little over 20,000 and now they want him to pay over $63,000 or loose his home.
