One third of all students admit to being bullied in High school and now Elementary school is a close second.
Pack Bullying has created a reverse discrimination in schools to follow the bully leaders or be bullied.
Actrual gang members are enrolled in Elementary, Middle and High School creating an environment of fear and reverse discrimination.
Remove students who are caught bullying from regular Public Schools and place in special schools for behavioural problems especially those who are gang related.
