Stop police from arresting the victims

Austin Police and too many other cities make a habit of arresting the victims especially when they call 911 when they are being assaulted. This is nothing new, I can tell you stories from 40 years ago. The police are too lazy to do their jobs consequently ruining lives. We need to stop this with legislation to include all too many common abuses. Add your stories.
