Treated Like A Criminal !

As a recovering drug addict why am I treated like a criminal not a person with an incurable disease ? It has come to my attention that our health care provider recieve very little education in addiction . How can this be remedied ? There is a growing need for this training in todays society . This why I need your signatures .
