The current Situation in Health and Human services has become detrimental to Senior and children caught in a system riddled with no oversight for departmental Corruption Nationally or Statewide. Children are suffering by fraudulent CPS removals, Seniors dignity being taken from them in their Senior years. Lack of an oversight committee at the Federal level has allowed corruption to enter children and senior division of care taking. Statistics prove that children are being harmed in foster care and forced adoption. over time the system hasfailed the best interest of Children and Seniors. Mary Bower desires to correct those loopholes by setting up an investigation department to oversee department funding . stats, and corruption. Mary Bower desires a Citizen Committe to be set up to review local cases to ensure children nor seniors are being harmed by fraud and abuse of a Department established to help not harm.
