Responsible lighting from Norte Dame Prep

Glare and spill has significantly impacted the surrounding residential neighborhood and desert from Norte Dame Prep football stadium. Lights along Bell Rd. Has significantly affected drivers, and pedestrians in an adverse way causing severe eye discomfort.
