Demand the streets be safe again.

The streets have been filled with civil unrest. peaceful protests are no longer that. The protests of today are filled with hate mongers who not only destroy property, burn down entire neiborhoods causing millions in damage but have hurt  numerous innocent victims. Americans need to make our streets safe again.

Since before the election process for the president elect of 2016 started, there have been numerous protests that have led to unruly behaviors and riots. American's no longer have the freedom of driving through these areas safely without the worry of being pulled from their cars and beaten, walking down these streats without being harrassed or assaulted. Lets make it a federal crime to be caught participating in violent behaviors that end with injuries to others or damage to property or assault on police officers during these protests. Make the punishment for these crimes loss of all government subsidies that includes but is not limited to ; housing subsidies, food program assistance, cash subsidies (such as welfare ,TANF, EBT ,etc.) ,phones , medical, Disability, etc, etc. Make it a minimum loss of 10 years for first offense, lifetime loss for second offense for any adult  participating and of family benefits for up to 5 years first offense , ten years for a second offense if a minor child is out participating in these activities. If anyone is seriously injured or loses life due to these activities first offenses may automatically be considered for lifetime elimination of recieving assistance. These individuals would not be allowed to be claimed on anyone's application for assistance. It is time we give these people incentives for not creating chaos and infringing on the livelihoods of others. It is time to take our country back and stop with the civil unrest that these protesters are causing. Peaceful protesters not found guilty to be involved directly with violence would remain exempt from this as it is their constitutional right to demonstrate peacefully.
