Centrelink victimises hundreds of thousands of people a day. Every person who uses Centrelink or other Department of Human Services offices are victims. - They see over 2000 people on average per office per day. They are half staffed, as proven by the unoccupied desks in any Centrelink office, leaving people waiting for hours on end for the most rudimentary service. Their staff are poorly trained in conflict resolution, and poorly informed, hence the dozens of different ''opinions'' instead of "facts" given to customers. Centrelink are "forcing" people into a linked system of self service agencies, in an attempt to reduce the appearance of Centrelink users, allowing Centrelink to manipulate the statistics of the unemployed and the down trodden of Australian society, while politicians take another pay rise. To make a complaint, you cannot go to someone who can act on your complaint. The complaints process is long and laborious, allowing every level of management the opportunity to NOT correct the issue, but to cover it up, or fob you off, bluff, threaten and posture, until you give up and go away. Its about time "Senator the Hon Marise Payne. The Minister for the Department of Human Services" was made responsible for the the downfall of the Australian Culture and way of life known as Centrelink and the Department of Human Services.
