In the vicinity of the above address, the emaciated pooch you see in the photo, was abandoned to die in subzero temperatures. No food. No water. Nothing! Just left there to die. Callously, just like that.

A $5,000 reward is being offered to anyone that leads to the arrest of the owner for the abandonement and neglect. If you have any info please call 206-386-4288.
