The Petition To End The Slaughter of Whales and Dolphins By Japanese Whalers

This petition was made to bring to public awareness the slaughter of over 23,000 dolphins and 1,000 whales each year by Japanese whalers sign if you believe future generations should be able to have whales and dolphins to study and learn from.

We The Undersigned respectfully ask the The International Whaling Commission, and The Taiji Whale Museum to stop the slaughter of all cetaceans by Japanese Whalers. The following is seperate letters aimed at either The International Whaling Commission, or the Taiji Whale Museum. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to read this letter.

To the International Whaling Commission: We The Undersigned respectfully ask the International Whaling Commission to stop the slaughter of all cetaceans especially dolphins by Japanese Whalers including the party responsible for the slaughter of dolphins of all species in Taiji, Japan and the JARPA and JARPA II research programs responsible for the deaths of almost 1,000 whales in the Southern Antarctic Whale Sanctuary each year.

To the Taiji Whale Museum: We the undersigned respectfully ask the Taiji Whale Museum to end the slaughter of defensless dolphins at Taiji. It is so barbaric that you could sell cans of dolphin and whale meat to people who just saw a dolphin show. If this doesn't end soon it will be too late for the dolphins whose lives pay your salary.
