Urge Philippine Congress to Approve the Freedom of Information Bill

The people should sign this in order to urge the House of Representatives particularly the Committee on Public Information to approve the Freedom of Information Bill. In the plight of the recent events concerning the pork barrel scam, the Freedom of Information Bill will strengthen the Constitutional provision guaranteeing the people's right to information.
