My niece Vanessa Milligan was Murdered @ 9 mths just 1 week before giving birth. The man who did this was not charged with double HOMICIDE he was charged with ABORTION for the baby. My family and I don't think this is right ,and we would love to get law changed,but we need Your Help!!! Let's not let happen again ,to anyone!!!
