Disgracful Treatment of British Veterans Living Abroad, by their Own Governemnt

A British National Living in the UK Pays 72,- GBP to renew their British Passport.
Any Person who has lived in the UK for more than 5 Years and qualifies can claim British Nationality and get a British Passport for 72,- GBP
and  for secure postage 3,-GBP

A British Military Veteran  living outside of the UK is required to pay 129,- GBP to renew their British Passport   as well as an over rated Secure Postage fee of 20,-GBP

Passport applications go through the same Department for all those applying, being that in the UK as Consulates no long deál with Passport applications..

Why should Veterans who have served Queen and Country, who have possibly Lost Limbs, and Suffer mental Health Issues be made to pay more than others within the UK

Vets have paid enough for the Únited Kingdom, in terms of Blood, Sweat and their own Health.

If a price different is a must. Surely Vets are amongst those who should be given a lower fee for there service.

But then, the same Fair Price as all others would suffice.
