Change of Existing Sash timber Windows to UPVC Double Glazed Windows

We are in support of this peteition because we " The Residents" of this block agree that the existing timber framed windows are not secure, a heath hazzard for damp and condensation which causes an ongoing maintenance issues and are not draft proof during the cold winter months. They allow too much noise in the properties that is located on a busy high Road.
