Demand on End to close the restrooms in touriest places

In summer holidays we went to hertz castle. There restrooms were closed by governor order due to drought and kept mobile restroom. It is not at all hygenic. Especially it is a health issues for womens and kids. The chances of urinary infection is high. Even we saw the same situation in many places in california including beaches. No water restroom. please stop this. it is really dangerous for women's health....Please support this to care about women's and kids health.Thanks.
