End the Employment of Lila Zuniga at Island Transit

    Lila Zuniga got a 14 year employee terminated behind a handicap parking space, has fired employees because they will not agree to her demands, she has cheated employees out of their time, she has other people to do her work.
    Lila Zuniga will call employees on her day off and when they don't answer the phone, she then will find a reason to write them up. If something happens and she wants other employees to write a statement and they refuse she will either find a reason to write them up or terminate them. Lila has had the biggest turn around with employees than any other supervisor I have ever encountered. One of the bus drivers did not show up one morning because he was put into the hospital and she fired him by sending him a letter to the hospital to tell him he had been terminated. When Carolyn Cox worked at the City of Galveston Human Resources Lila and Carolyn Cox was having a love affair and Lila was buying Ms. Cox diamond rings and all kinds of gifts. Lila Zuniga also has a sexual harassment report that is in her file at the Human Resources of the City of Galveston. Lila's immediate supervisor has told her when she has a day off she must not call or come to the job to find out what all is going on but she has ignored what her authority told her and does it anyway. Before Mike Worthy retired, Lila Zuniga and Mike Worthy was having an affair and was seen coming out of a Motel together. I feel that with all of the issues that has been mentioned in this petition should be reasons for the termination of her employment with Island Transit. There are many more issues that has not been mentioned in this petition, but I feel that the issues that have been mentioned should be cause for termination.
