Proper employment contracts between both parties being the employer and employee, Legitimate apprenticeship contracts for the length of three years and no less. To stop unaurthorised Hairdressing college's charging kids exstationate rates for day or week courses that can't be taught in weeks that accually takes years of practice to perfect. The option to provide union cover by Unison and a private pension fund system that can be continued through one's career should you move from employer to employer to avoid the tax system. Which in the end is carried out by some of the UK most renoune names in our HAIR Industry which is extremely depramental to the economy of the United Kingdom and putting all public at risk by letting untrained and unprofessional stylists loose on unaware innocent public. So can all Barbers and hairdressers share far and wide and let's clean up our industry for the next generations to follow in our Hair Industry.
