N C Governor and NC General Assembly not using Taxpayer Money to hire Legal Counsel!

  • by: Tommy Davis
  • recipient: North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory and Senator Phil Berger

Recent decisions by the North Carolina General Assembly to restrict minority, student, and early voting in North Carolina set a new precedence in audacity of public officials and government. Most North Carolinians oppose a return to De Jure Segregation by the State of North Carolina.

The undersigned resent hiring of outside legal teams to defend those in government who willfully and knowingly proposed legislation directly affecting the ability to cast a singular vote as prescribed by the United States Constitution.

The United States Attorney General, Erik Holder, found the law is unconstitutional and should be challenged in Federal Court. The Taxpayer of North Carolina resent politicians using taxpayer money to defend an unconstitutional law perpetrated upon the people of North Carolina.
