In failing to pass a budget on time for a 7th year in a row he has violated state laws. To compound this, Governor Rendell has ordered that Pennsylvania State Employees are to report to work but will not be paid until the budget is passed. This violates the Wage Payment and Collection Law (Act No. 329 of July 14, 1961) as well as the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The ethics of these tactics to to gain political leverage is questionable. When the signature goal is reached this petition will be sent to each Representative and Senator of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to call for the impeachment of Governer Ed Rendell.

I want to say also to our PA house and state representatives that I adamantly opposed any of our PA taxes going to other states to pay for the bribes that the democrats took to past nationalized healthcare. It is time that PA gets rid of losers like Rendell who can not past a balanced buget and Specter who can not decide which party he stands with. Good riddens to both of them. Change you can count on is coming 2010 and not the habituals lies that Obama spued.
