The Peoria police was called to a address in the 1100 block of Blain street on a domestic while they was there they heard loud music coming from down the block from a parked truck in front of Jordans home, the officer proceeded to get into the truck and turn the music off, Jordans dad came back out of the house and turned it back on because he was sitting on his front porch listening to it, the po...lice officer can back down and told Terry to turn it off when he replied to the cop the noise ordinance did not start till 10.30pm the officer then told him to put his dog up or he was going to shoot it. Terry told the officer the dog wasn't doing anything but laying in the corner of the yard , the cop walked down the fence line to where Jordan was laying inside his fenced in yard reached over the top of the fence, shooting Jordan in the back hip. the police officers enter the fenced in yard shooting the dog again, the 3 bullets were fired at very close range in the top of his head killing him. Then on August 5,2014 the police took another life a 1yr old pitbull named Jax and injured his big brother Rocky how many must die before we put a stop to the police brutality on our family pets .
On May 20,2014 A Peoria Police officer Allenbough Badge #988 shot and killed a pitbull named Jordan as he layed in his own fenced in yard. But it didnt stop there on August 5,2014 another lost his life to police ,1 year old Jax was killed and his big brother Rocky Injured as they protected there very own home . When do we say enough is enough when will it end? we have a law in Illinois Bill HB3388 against deadly force by police . when will they be charged with felony animal cruelty for the murder of our pets
