Wrong negative rental history removed
I was in a domestic violence relationship which cause me to get evicted for calling the police and the man I was with stated he was living with me and using my address but was not I put a Order of protection against him a few months prior before he attacked me. I'm forced to move and now my rental history looks bad because of it making it hard for me to rent again. I would like to have all of the negative false information removed about me violating my lease.
To whom it may concern I am writing this petition because I feel the information is wrong. I was in a domestic relationship and put a order of protection out on the man I was with in Aug 2015. I called the police Oct 2015 on the man I had a order of protection out on. I feel like I am being punished for calling the police. I was told I had 72hrs to vacation my my apartment complex after that for violating my lease. The violation was for my ex using my address. I'm trying to rent again and this is a huge negative impact on me renting. I'm asking to have all the false negative violations removed as soon as possible.
