Demand Laws be Made Regarding Ohio Pet Shops!!

Ohio literally has NO laws on the health and wellbeing of animals while under pet store care. According to State Pet Shop Laws; Ohio does not even require food or water for these animals. Only that any transfered animal must have clean vet bill and no sales under 8 weeks old.
Other than that as long as there's no dead dogs in cages, there's nothing anyone can do about the neglect to these animals.
This is why Ohio needs laws to enforce the overall health of these guys!
Help them make it to their forever homes!
