Mr.President Obama Pardon or Commute Blagojevich

We've ALL seen corruption in Politics and Politicians who have actually committed crimes, George Ryan, Jessie Jackson Jr., etc with little to NO TIME SERVED.
He has served 4 yrs, even higher courts threw out more critical charges. Supreme Court in NJ threw out these types of charges saying they weren't chargeable. No monies changed hands. Therefore no laws were actually broken
Please he's should have time served or thrown out completely. He is missing his kids growing up.
