The state of N.Y has made window tint film on Auto's part of the N.Y State inspection. That's fine. We are not asking for dark window film. But we the people are asking for 35%.window film. Enough to block harmful UV rays and get some relief from the heat without hampering the police officers ability to see inside the automobile. We understand dark tint may be hazardous to police officers as well as cause dangerous driving hazards. But take a look at Florida were the law is 15% rear windows and 29%. 2 front windows. A compromise would be a N.Y State law of 35% window tinting film to be legal to be installed in N.Y State. We the people are asking all statesmen, politicians and authority to repeal and replace the New York State automotive tint law.
