Stop the "meat men" - American Horse Slaughter Prevention ACT #2966

The brutal slaughter of America's horses must end. The international demand for horsemeat overseas has not lessened and the "meat men" continue to cruelly subject innocent horses to agonizing torture. This ACT would specifically "prohibit the shipping, transportating, moving, delivering, possessing, purchasing, selling, or donation of horses and other equines to be slaughtered for human consumption." Nearly 100,000 will be slaughtered this year - Please help end this.
