I, Megan Ashe and my friend Linda McAfee was stopped on hwy 2 on December 23, 2016 by a County police named Jason
Boyd for a busted tail light that had red tape covering the hole but the tape had came a little loose. I was charged with posetion of a controlled substance with intent because of my medication that i take daily. I did not have the pills in the bottle wiit my name on it but I do have perscriptions for every pill in my potetion. The vehicle I was in was a 2005 Ford Taurus Vin# 1FAFP53225A29069 which they seized and is located at the Sheeriff department in Alcorn County. This vehicle belongs to my mother Sandra Inman. She had let me borrow her vehicle for the night and was unaware of anything I had in the vehicle or in my position. Im filing this petition to try and get my mothers vehicle returned to her
