A dog in Cordoba, Argentina has earned the name "little warrior" after it was found in horrible shape.
Rescuers came upon the white mutt, known to locals as Rosita when they noticed she wasn't behaving normally. When they took a closer look, they saw that the poor dog had been terribly abused.
Someone or someones had tortured her, peeling parts of her skin off as if she were an orange. Sign the petition and demand justice for Rosita. Luckily, Rosita was taken to a vet where she was brought back to health. After a similar attack earlier on a dog named Chocolate, people are worried that there is a growing trend of targeting street dogs. The fear has prompted everyday dog lovers to volunteer to take in homeless dogs to protect them from these unidentified thugs.
While Rosita is now safe, the people who abused her are still unknown.
