Unethical business practices with PayPal.

  • recipient: I would like to petition all account holders currently utilizing the PayPal service and every other banking institution.

Prior to several conversations, erroneous information, lack of follow up communication and being belittled by a customer service manager... I read several bad reviews about PayPal's service. The lack of apology for horrible customer service, lack of integrity and unethical business practices led me to form this petition. As a consumer and parent, I do not appreciate being told to go to a local food bank by Customer Service Manager (Dave #45855) to feed my child due to negligence on behalf of PayPal employees. I believe that in 2016 when there are statistically approximately 184 million current PayPal account holders worldwide, consumers utilizing this service should be informed about poor business practices. It is important to know that reviews are true and PayPal conducts business in a very unethical manner. There's a strong lack of customer service for this "flexible" service and limited to no access to your money. No consumer should have to endure awful customer service by anyone in business.
