Demand to stop torture of animals in Mexico, which goes around the world as bad news.

Recently a picture of a dog semistrangled has hit the social media, specificaly in India where there are many protectors especially of dogs. The Attorney General of Mexico should see that local legislation prohibiting such mistreatment is enforced.

El procurador general de la republica y sus pares en los estados de la Republica Mexicana, DEBEN de parar actos de tortura contra los animales por humanidad y por la legislacion vigente, pero ademas porque nos da otra cara negativa mas del país que ya de por sí tiene mala fama.
