Students shouldn't have to wake up so early!

Teens need a total of 7-9 hours of sleep each night to function best. However, most students aren't getting enough sleep. Schools usually start at 8 am, while most high schools are starting at 7:30. This means that certain students will need to wake up at 6 am or even earlier to get ready and be on time for school. In addition to this negativity, students are also making a living aside from school life - involving themselves in outside activities, including work.

Ultimately, lack of sleep limits a young individual's ability to learn, listen, concentrate and solve problems. Not only can it do that, but it can also contribute to bad skin conditions.
