Stop Dish Network from Enforcing Contracts w/o Channels they sell

dish enforces a two year contract w/ their service and charges you for channels in package but every time the month before the Thanksgiving Holidays comes around we paying customers are shut out of important channels that we chose in the package because Dish fails to keep the contract w/ channel providers( Turner, local progring, Time Warner etc.
