It is highly important that the abortion limit is lowered, because 'fetuses' being aborted at 24 weeks can sustain life with medical treatment! So therefore the doctors who perform abortions are aborting a baby not a fetus becuase its called a fetus because it can't sustain life out of the womb, and its a called a baby when it can live outside of the mothers womb which it does. And you might argue that it needs lots of support. And yes it could not survive but more and more premature babies are surviving thanks to constantly improving medical research.
It shouldn't be classed as abortion it should be classed as murder because some of the babies aborted are alive when they are removed! And they have to give the mother a drug called Digoxin, they give her a lethal dose of the heart medication Digoxin which is injected into the baby’s heart or into the amniotic fluid directly through the woman’s abdomen. (Potassium chloride is infrequently substituted for Digoxin.) Digoxin gives the baby a fatal heart attack. By doing this their stopping the heart beat of an unborn child that could have a chance of surviving and they don't have a voice to say so we need to come together and speak for them!
There are more and more babies being born as early as 22/23 weeks and are surviving thanks to the ever evolving medical treatment!
I was born at 24 weeks and i am living proof that you can survive from being born so early! Yes It may of been hit and miss for over a month but I still survived thanks to fantastic medical treatment, the fact that i was born at 24 weeks and live a perfectly healthy life, but a unborn child at the same gestation as me could also be aborted makes me sick.
I find it infuriating that a BABY yes a baby its not a fetus because it CAN survive out of the womb, can still be aborted so late on into a pregnancy. Just think that when you get a late-term abortion that when they got rid of your baby for you it is developed enough to live almost independently, and has a heartbeat and can do most bodily functions to an extent.
think of how many other lives there could be if these babies werent aborted! therefore this is why i think the abortion rate should be lowered becuase babies being aborted at 24 weeks can survive if they were born prematurely! It is important you sign this to help lower the limit, So i ask you kindly to help lower the gestation period for abortions and sign my petition to get the limit lowered!!
