Petition for THE RIGHT OF REFUND for things you buy that turn out to not work

This is a petition for the gamers who have recently lost their money on a game that doesn't work at all! They're refusing to refund your money. They didn't have these issues with the beta! We were all under affected by the illusion that this was going to be an amazing game. It turned out be nothing more than a complete waste of money. For example, you buy this game thinking it's gonna be this awesome game you've waited for all year. You turn your console on, put your new game in, and bam you jon a game, get booted! Join another and again you're kicked. It says that you have been disconnected for the server. You've never had this problem before? We'll now you've finally started in on a game it's getting good. And what do ya know. Now your Xbox has completely froze. Funny, this has never happened before either . So you try to contact someone about the issue. And over and over your ignored. Well maybe if we can get this started and nationwide we can make a change in the gaming world. We want our money back or the errors fixed and some kind of response as to why it's ok to treat customers the way you do. This company makes wayyyyyyyyy too much money off of us for them to not owe us an explanation! Sick of big companies getting over on the small guys.
