UniLodge has continually ignored reasonable requests from tenants, owners and residents regarding the terrible internet service being provided by Vostronet. Unilodge took it upon themselves to change the internet service to a more expensive and worse alternative without consulting the actual residents who fund Unilodge and pay for the internet! This is unacceptable. We demand Unilodge do the following regarding the internet:
1. Inform Vostronet that they are required to bring technical staff on site to actually listen to the complaints of the residents and to promptly deal with such issues.
2. Terminate the internet contract immediately should Vostronet refuse or be unable to provide a service worthy of the exorbitant price they are charging.
We would also like to request the rooftop be open until 12 midnight daily, we feel this is a reasonable request and would help to deal with any issues relating to noise in other areas of Unilodge late at night.
We pay a substantial amount of money each week to subsidize and keep the multinational corporation known as Unilodge financially feasible. If Unilodge does not care about the REASONABLE complaints of it's residents then we will simply find a competitor who recognizes the needs of it's customers.
Simple.
