Lowes Home Centers Inc. Unfair Labor Practices

Speaking from experience, at store #1920 on Albemarle Road in Charlotte, NC

To many Qualified, Knowledgeable, and Brand Caring employees have suffered at the hands of your unfair labor practices.

It has been 7 months since my employment was abruptly ended because of unethical treatment by senior management at this store.

After trying to go through the proper Corporate and Governmental channels to correct this issue it was to no avail. It has come to the point of getting the public involved to help effect change on my behalf, and so that others do not fall prey to the unprofessional standards that this company is being run with, and to give a better understanding why this brand is in cardiac arrest.

For a period of 10½ years off and on it was always my intention to promote this brand proudly and with distinction. But due to the unfair treatment by most, but not all management it was evident that very few really wanted to stand for what was right.

The employees deserve the following when it comes to how they are treated, Management that is knowledgeable, qualified, and trained properly. Most of all they need to be able say no when something is not in the best interest of the company. Do not continue to promote personnel from within just to fill positions. Pay the employees what they deserve in the trenches; the executives are not doing the job of making money. Quit operating with policies and procedures that change from day to day. Do not allow the open door policy to be used improperly.

To the customers that I had the joy of getting to know and serve, thank you. Also stand up and write letters to the corporate office concerning my situation, and the lack of supervisory excellence, inventory, and overall treatment you have encountered since the new manger has arrived....do not call the customer service line, upper management will never hear it.

In conclusion, treat all with the respect and dignity they justly deserve.

It is my intent to gain support from those who feel that this employer and the management operating in this local store should be held accountable for their actions in my case. Grant it, that I am not perfect. But it was always my intention to be the best and provide the service that every customer deserved at this store.
