Demand stronger forcible punishments for adults breaking court orders

You spend time going through hard custody battles to then think its time to go through the right channels of court to make it official when you see your children and get everything wrote down and agreed apon. They tell you that if it's broken there can be fines leading all the way to prison time if you break the court order. You then feel slightly better about the whole situation for it to be shattered again when the person breaks the court order by not fetching your child back on time or picking up on the time stated. When you contact solicitors or police nothing can be done until it's happened quite a few times(up 20) we were told and then you have to pay to take them back to court in which they probably will just receive a telling off. I think this is totally unacceptable if someone breaks an order made by a judge and agreed to this why should it take 20 times for anything to happen why should you then have to pay again to go back to court ( they should have to stand the pay in my opinion) and also why should there be no punishment. Think about the children when said person isn't picking up or taking back on time what affect it has on them and why bother going to court in the first place spending money that could of gone on your children for then to have years more abuse from this person.. I think these need to change if someone breaks an order even a couple of times there needs go be punishment for this
