Petition to Impeach Ana Martinez form Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Mahattan North Management

Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Manhattan North Management will not communicate with tenants and will not fix necessary repairs. Pertaining to market rent or stabilized rent, no tenant should have to endure conditions stated within this petition.
Building Conditions:
As pertaining to the broker that showed the unit, there were and still are many faults pointed out in which case are told these items would be fixed in a timely manner.
Apartment Conditions:
Excessive littering, loitering, loud noise/music, drug dealing; all in front on the mentioned building.
Ana Martinez is the "property manager" in which case tenants view her credentials as being questionable. Her lack of communication with tenants along with bullying tactics, rude behavior, foul mouth language and character demonstrate a negative placement of authority. The building located at 1890 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. contains 28 units and at least 25 units have had extensive issues with Ana Martinez in the past.
Presumably, the tenants understand, she has been employed by Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Manhattan North Management for 1 1/2 years. Prior to this petition, 6 months ago an employee was fired for not answering the on-call phone exactly as Ana Martinez did not answer. Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Manhattan North Management has incurred many violations and court cases defining these issues. Some tenants have lived in this building for well over 40 years and should not be treated with such disrespect.
Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Manhattan North Management ceases to realize their employment is based on tenants - without tenants their employment would cease to exist. When using bullying tactics on tenants and disregarding all repair complaints - one isolated indecent can be recalled: Ana Martinez "Property Manager" entered 1890 Adam Clayton Powell on 8/24/09 at 5:05pm with an intimidating co-worker, mouthing off/screaming at a tenant which is completely out of lie from a professional business standpoint. It appears that they can bully tenants, knowing they are in the wrong pertaining to necessary repairs. Another ploy that Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Manhattan North Management and Ana Martinez uses to intimidate their tenants is eviction. Since when can a property manager take it upon themselves to threaten eviction? Not only one tenant has issues with Ana Martinez but the entire building. The list goes on, she manages many buildings owned by Tahl Propp Equities, LLC./Manhattan North Management.
About her character:
She has proven to be a chronic liar with intimidation, does not respond to voice-mails, abuse of power, maliciousness, etc.
In the eyes of tenants, her employment with Tahl Propp Equities, LLC. /Manhattan North Management should cease immediately. We request a legitimate property manager that works with tenants, not against them.

- Water leaking in lobby from ceiling and lighting fixtures. Brown and black rather large spots are evidence of severe water damage which is a result of outdated and faulty pipes.
- Holes in walls of various apartments due to faulty, outdated steam heat radiators.
- Mice/rodent and cockroach infestation.
- Water damage located inside most apartments, especially noticeable on hardwood flooring.
- Garbage and misc. trash piles up on weekends in front of the entrance of building.

- All repair complaints have been disregarded and are ignored.
- Rent increases and bullying tactics are used to attempt to scare tenants into their game.
