Encourage the Ban of the Integator Penalty in the National Hockey League

    The integrator penalty in the NHL has undermined why fighting is accepted in the game, it in turn has caused players to fight less and encouraged more violence on the ice. This affects the safety of players and should be removed from regular game play.
