Stop public executions of animals.

I decided to start this when i saw a tweet of a police officer executing a canine, in Tianxin district of Changsha, Hunan Province, chained and helpless, in public. Despite the many other methods and ways it could of happened, he chose to brutally, painfuly and publicly execute the canine. I hope this reaches someone at PETA Asia so that they know there is support all over the world, and honestly any PETA and PETA like organisations out there.
