NIDRA BILLARD is a disgrace, and she should be punished for the cruelty she subjected upon little puppy Rocky/ Wyatt.
WE THE UNDERSIGNED duly request that you take into account the actions that NIDRA BILLARD subjected a little puppy too, and ensure that she is given in the court of Law, full punishment for her actions..thankyou.Wyatt (aka Rocky) is the little pitbull puppy that was thrown out of a 3rd story apartment window by Nidra Billard.
According to court documents, Nidra Billard's boyfriend left in the middle of an argument, so she threw his 6-week-old pitbull out of a third-floor window.
Amazingly, the dog survived.
The non-responsive pup was taken by police to a 24-hours vet clinic.
Because neither the city or county could guarantee payment, the vet refused to treat the injured animal.
The dog was at BARC, where employees named him Rocky.
ROCKY is now known as WYATT, and he is now in the care of a TREAT EM RIGHT RESCUE foster carer.
We will be meeting outside the court on July 5th pushing for the MAXIMUM sentence for this abuser!!!!
If she can do this to an innocent PUPPY out of spite, what more is she capable of?
