Please help me get justice for my niece and nephew

It's not right these two babies were raped for over a year the mother or the rapist were not charged. MY Johnathan supposably took his own life because he couldn't live with it but he was shot in the back of the head so there for I do not believe a suicide. Please help us

Johnathan was brutal abused in his own home along with a sibling neither party was charged and I had made several reports against them before the rapes came out please help me help these babies please
