Isayah Muller 19 yrs old: Murdered on his graduation day

Isayah Muller dead at 19 yrs old. An allstar running back who led his school football team to the Public Schools Athletic League championship was murdered on 6/28/11 at the hands of a parking attendant at the  M.T. Jerome Town Corp in Bronx NY. Isayah had just attended his Truman highschool graduation at Lehman College.  Prior to his graduation and being the allstar of the Truman Mustangs, Isayah had just celebrated his 19th birthday on 6/26  just two days prior. No charges have been filed against the parking attendant.  Isayah didn't have a weapon  when he was brutally stabbed  which punctured  his heart. How does a fight turn into murder? There's no denying Isayah was involved in a fight, but the bottom line is he was unarmed.  The parking attendant wasn't  jumped.  How does one kill an unarmed young boy and he is not charged? So you want to charge Isayah's father for assault fine~ then the DA needs to charge the parking attendant as well. We have a judicial system and the parking attendant should have to go through the system/ grand jury  just like everyone else. The parking attendant wasn't  charged with murder, not  even charged for having a Machette in a public establishment. How does one claim self defense from a man that was unarmed? Where is the justice? Isayah had his whole life ahead of him, he had a promising future which was ripped away when a man decided to take Isayah's life into his own hands.  Isayah did not deserve to die. Family & friends are left with  wounds that will never heal. He left this earth still wearing his graduation suit.  A mother and father now have to live the rest of their life feeling empty.  Isayah will never be able to live out his dreams. Please take the time to sign this petition and let your voice be heard. Justice must  be served. There is power in numbers and your support is needed. Isayah has touched  the lives of  all those that had the opportunity to know and love him. He has further  left a lasting impact  on  those he never even met!! Isayah's family is  in my prayers and you have my utmost support.
